Unbelievably bad hotel. After 9 pm, the reception leaves the hotel. I was able to enter the hotel by accident. I'm not counting other things. Stay away.

Pessima accoglienza signora scortese al limite della minaccia per averle fatto notare che in camera ci sono: vetro della finestra pericolosamente spaccato, vetro doccia brutalmente spaccato, condizionamento riscaldamento che non funziona, lavandino otturato, tavoletta del water staccata, asciugacapelli svitato dal muro. Ha avuto il coraggio di dire che prima era tutto a posto e che dovevamo dirglielo subito. Peccato che, quando l abbiamo cercata lei non c'era e anche su questo ha mentito. Che dire, ci devo rimanere ancora due giorni, dovrò aspettarmi ripercussioni? O veramente qui dovevo starmi zitta? Bello il contatto con mano con diverse culture ed educazione ma non vorrei dover pensare che Catania sia tutta così, quindi voglio pensare che questo sia un caso isolato da evitare assolutamente.

Personne a l’accueil le soir du coup certains voyageurs se permettent de faire des soirées. Quartier pas hyper bien fréquenté. Hôtesse d’accueil pas très chaleureuse.

Alors, l'hôtel n'a pour lui que son emplacement dans la ville. Beaucoup d'endroit son accessible depuis l'hôtel à une trentaine de minutes à pied (parfois moins). Voilà c'est tout le positif à dire. L'ascenseur laisse la place à 1 personne plus valise, j'ai dû me battre chaque fois que je voulais fermé la porte de la chambre, selon comment je l'ai fermé rien qu'en poussant la porte je pouvais ouvrir la chambre ce qui m'a poussé à bloqué la porte avec une chaise quand on dormait. Mensonge dans les caractéristiques de l'hôtel, rien n'est insonorisé. Les draps étaient relativement propre (légère poussière dessus), j'ai trouvé un ongle sur ma table de nuit, nombreuses tâches sur les murs, parquet ravagé à certains endroit, les serviettes de bain avaient une odeur de saucisson, plus aucun joint dans la salle de bain, douche minuscule, le meuble où reposer le lavabo était déchiré à certains endroit, la cuvette des toilettes était pas à la bonne taille par rapport au WC ce qui rendait l'assise inconfortable. Bref sacré 3* cet hôtel.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Es un edificio antiguo, y en uno de sus pisos esta el hotel. La recepción funciona en cierto horario y después te dan las llaves para que te manejes con total libertad. Es cierto que en la puerta del edificio se pone un mercado, desde las 6 am y se escuchan algunos ruidos pero bueno nada que se insoportable y además es un mercado super lindo lleno de cositas para comprar. El desayuno básico básico, pero yo tomó mate y después picaba algo, pero no es algo que se destaque el desayuno. Si es destacable la señora que te recibe, no sé su nombre, pero hace todo desde limpiar, hasta recibirte, prepara el desayuno y bueno a veces se le pasan algunas cosas, en mi caso un día no fue y me quede sin desayuno. No obstante relación precio-calidad lo recomiendo.

The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe.

Quartier vraiment pas ouf, tout est tagué, et peu rassurant. Entrée d'hôtel pas sécurisé. Accueil pas très professionnel. Tout petite salle de dejeuner faisant office de réception. Literie molle.chambre pour 3 avec lit mal placé. Vue sur le quartier décrit précédemment. 2 prises sur 4 qui fonctionnent. Mieux vaut dormir sur les cailloux de l'etna.
