Due to an airline delay, I told Sebastian the owner, that I would arrive at 11 pm. He said no prob, but he would close at 12. Arrived at the premises at 10:45 pm. No one home. Nobody answered my phonecalls, Stood outside until midnight when a tenant in the building let me in. I ended up sleeping in a stairwell on laundry left for the hotel. He failed to meet 4 appointed times to discuss the matter, but I persisted. Finally he gave me my money back. The lesson here is don't consider coming late. Actually, don't bother coming at all.

La posizione è ottimale, tutto il resto no. Qualità del sonno pessima, ma non tanto perché la stanza si affaccia sulla via Etnea, ma perché dalla stanza si sentono tutti i discorsi della reception compreso urla e schiamazzi mattutini del figlio della signora presente in struttura. La pulizia è minima, comodini e scrivania sporchi, lenzuola e federe con diverse macchie. Il bagno orribile! mattonelle e porta della doccia rotti, lavandino scheggiato e puzza da morire. Il kit asciugamani era composto da 1 tovaglia grande a persona e stop (le altre le ho dovute chiedere). In camera non è presente la tenda quindi una volta aperto il balcone non si è liberi di spogliarsi ed uscire dal bagno nudi senza essere visti. Questa struttura è stata prenotata velocemente pensando di trovare almeno la qualità di base, non la consiglio a nessuno perché mi sono sembrati 70 euro rubati, meglio un ostello.

La pulizia lasciava a desiderare e siamo rimasti una notte senza aria condizionata. L'erogatore della doccia era rotto quindi bisognava tenerlo a mano e non avevamo una tenda adeguata in camera che coprisse la luce che dall'alba inondava la camera. Il personale è comunque molto gentile e cortese, abbia o avuto un problema coi documenti e sono stati molto comprensivi.

Beb fatiscente e terribilmente vecchio e sporco. Consiglio a tutti di non farsi ingannare dalla posizione centrale. Dormire in questo luogo è un incubo. Dovrebbero farli chiudere, ed eliminarli da tutti i canali di prenotazione. Non è all'altezza nemmeno di una stella!

Location is excellent. Value for money and clean. Owner Sebastiano is a very nice gentleman. However no breakfast was given. Maid was arrogant, not helpful and needs to learn to put up a smile on her face! Other then that will definately go again.
