Estamos molestos , no fue posible acceder al hotel ya que había un evento cultural en toda la zona alrededor de su propiedad, estuvimos tocando la puerta y los goles por teléfono por más de 20 min !!!
Ya después de muchos minutos nos contestó una persona de muy mala manera y no nos dio solución ! Eso fue alrededor de las 930 pm. Si ir lo cual exijo se me regrese mi dinero que pague con ustedes !
Jamás me ha pasado esto en otra parte del mundo ! Pésimo hotel y servicio

We were very happy with the accommodation, lovely living area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms which was good for our family of five. The location is great as the apartment is right in the middle of the historic centre and walking distance to the fish market, Castello Ursino, Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea. All in all a very pleasant stay, very happy to stay there again.
