A wonderful boutique hotel, especially if you are driving, because it is just outside the traffic mayhem. (You can grab a cab to the center.) The roo S are clean and modern, the restaurant is by and the best part is the staff—especially delightful Mariana.

Tout était génial !! Que ce soit en terme de confort, la qualité de l'hôtel et les services disponibles. Un + pour le personnel. Marina et Alfredo ont été incroyablement gentils et serviables. Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable. Certes l'emplacement est assez loin de l'hyper centre de Catane, mais on peut ci rendre rapidement en trottinette, voiture ou taxi.

약 3개월을 머물렀는데, 매일 청소해 주셔서 아주 청결하게 있을수 있었습니다. 개인 조리 시설도 완벽해서 아주 편리했습니다. 셀프 세탁시설도 사용하기에 아주 휼륭했습니다.

Ótimos apartamentos, espaçosos (o que fiquei tinha duas varandas, na sala e no quarto), bem equipados, serviço de limpeza excelente, bom café da manhã e, o mais importante, todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, em especial Marianna, Rajiv e Noime. Recomendo demais!

Ho trascorso quaranta giorni all’Ollen Apartment per motivi di lavoro. Lo Staff è accogliente e preparato. In particolare la sorridente Marianna e Alfredo al desk, il dinamico Giuseppe sempre disponibili e cordiali. Struttura nuova arredata con gusto. Dalla camera una splendida vista sul mare. La cucina gestita dallo chef Salvo è raffinata e permette di assaporare i sapori tipici della tradizionale cucina locale. Consigliato a chi desidera trascorrere tempo nella tranquillità e fuori dal caos cittadino. La zona è ben collegata e servita. Un punto di riferimento a Catania, tornerò sicuramente.

Nous avons découvert cet endroit par hasard suite à l'annulation de notre vol retour après avoir passé une semaine à Catane. Après près de 5 heures de galère pour récupérer nos bagages, trouver un hôtel prêt à nous accueillir moins de deux heures après réservation et un taxi qui nous y à emmener, nous (nous deux et nos deux petits loups de 3 ans et 9 mois) avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique dans son ensemble. Un verre nous a même été offert pour patienter un petit quart d'heure le temps de préparer notre chambre. La chambre est super moderne et très confortable. Le repas était parfait et on nous a proposé des pâtes hors carte pour notre grand loulou. C'est un endroit à découvrir ! Merci pour l'accueil !

Seriously, I could not find one negative thing about this place. The building is new, the spacious rooms are modern and clean and the bed is comfortable. From the balcony there's a nice view at the sea and the city. The staff is extremely friendly and service provided by Alfredo is beyond expectation! Even with the restaurant closed, he went in the kitchen himself to prepare some delicious Sicilian food for us. Served with some nice local wine of course. We will definitely go back here next time.
