It takes about 10 minutes to get there by bus from the train station. The facilities are neatly remodeled and there are many restaurants nearby. Catania Cathedral is also a 15-minute walk away.

It’s centrally located and very convenient. The staff is super friendly. The only complaint is the restroom, it’s small with no place to put towels and smelly due to the old pipes of the building.

Beds and linens were excellent and housekeeping great! The motion sensor lights were a bit to get used to when arriving at the hotel at night. We had to walk into the dark hallway before they switched on. Other than that, it was conveniently located, reasonably priced and breakfast was pretty good.

I agree with others this is a great property. Clean, modern well appointed rooms, great breakfast and service by Anderson. Do be aware that it’s not a regular hotel with 24 hr reception and check in times are limited. 10am check out is early compared to most other hotels. Very convenient for airport bus and location is good for walking to Duomo.

Stanza molto confortevole, con tanti omaggi per la cura della persona. I letti comodi con altrettanti cuscini. Purtroppo le stanze non sono insonorizzate, sentivo se i vicini si facevano la doccia o i semplici passi. La guesthouese è elegante e moderna, anche se il palazzo è antico. Il ragazzo alla reception molto disponibile. La colazione molto semplice, nulla di particolare. Poca varietà e sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa di tipico siciliano.

Nell’insieme reputo l’esperienza più che positiva, personale gentile e pronto. Due piccole critiche costruttive; la prima legata ai cuscini (uno troppo duro e l’altro, quello soffice, aveva delle palline dovute probabilmente al lavaggio o all’asciugatura), si consiglia la sostituzione in quanto tale problematica si è presentata anche nelle camere di altri ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, in particolar modo essendo in Sicilia, mi aspettavo un buffet leggermente più interessante.

Angelo was awesome- very helpful and makes a great cappuccino!! Breakfast was lovely/ beautiful rooms- the owners took great care in designing the rooms and property- very modern. Great bathrooms- hotel and rooms super clean-
Beds and pillows very comfortable . Good location. Walk out the hotel and turn left and you will reach the Duomo and a lot of great shops on this street. I would absolutely stay here again.
The hotel is not 24 hour staffed, it’s a guest house, so you receive a code to get in past a certain hour, but communication is very good-
If you are one of the rooms on first floor- you walk thru the breakfast room to find them- 😀
