Three of us stayed here for a girls’ trip. The pool was spacious and it was pretty good overall.

The hotel staff are extremely kind and their hospitality is well appreciated. I called the hotel one day before the stay as it woild be my son's birthday that day. I was wondering if I can get a small cake or dessert with a birthday message to give my sin a surprise, since my English is bad I made two calls to the front desk as well as lefe a message, the hotel staff recognizes me immediately when I was checking in and made arrangement exceeding my expectation. I was more than happy to recommend this place to others not only because its facilities but more because of its staff, from front desk to bar tender, as to the director who made my life much easier. Thank you very much.

Overall a good place to stay, the rooms are a little outdated and we had issues with the tub not draining , we called housekeeping and no one ever answered. The tub eventually drained but happened again the next time we went to use it. The pool is awesome but the jacuzzi was a bit dirty.

The bathroom space is also quite spacious, with stable hot water and strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. The breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is replenished quickly, which makes you feel the hotel's insistence on quality. If you have time, I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Both Chinese and Western food are of high quality. Overall, whether it is the hardware facilities or the service details, Grand Hi Lai Hotel has demonstrated extremely high professional standards, and it is an impeccable accommodation experience. It was the worst. The table in the room was covered in dust and there was no body wash. The staff was rude.

棕櫚泉是值得來的地方，酒店在高爾夫球場的，環境優美，早上的早餐很美式，酒店有游泳池，適合度假，附近有有葯店酒吧，距離市中心不遠

逛了一天沙漠奧萊住這裏，還收了度假村費，設施有點老舊，但是價格很不錯了，説的過去了，看價格合適就都可以了

위치는 다운타운과 차로 멀지 않아 좋습니다. 객실에서 일출을 보기도 좋아요. 리조트 피가 있지만 무엇을 할 수 있는지 정확한 안내가 없어요.
