Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip.

Potrebbe essere un ottimo 2 stelle e un buon tre stelle ma mai un 4 stelle,nessun servizio,camere piccole senza balcone,bagno senza finestra,su due comodini soli una luce,nessun ripiano per poggiare le valigie,il telefono non funzionante,per chiamare la reception ho usato il mio cellulare,bar inesistente,nel frigo bar solo 2 bottigliette di acqua. I 4 stelle sono tutt'altra cosa

A causa di lavori improvvisi non abbiamo soggiornato all hotel cristallo, ma in un altro hotel dello stesso gruppo, L hotel kursaal.
L’hotel Kursaal è in una posizione ottima, sul lungomare, praticamente sulla spiaggia, vicino a negozi e intrattenimento.
La struttura è imponente e di effetto. La camera silenziosa, con balconcino che da sulla spiaggia, forse un po’ piccola e da rinnovare. Colazione varia e abbondante. Un buon soggiorno

Personale cortese sia alla reception che al servizio colazioni. Camere pulite, manca la luce in bagno allo specchio. Buono il posto del parcheggio privato. La colazione ben fornita sia per il salato che per i dolci. Posizione centralissima. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti.

Sono stata in vacanza in questo hotel insieme al mio compagno e ai miei 3 cani in quanto è un hotel per friendly (solo per questo merita 10). Stanze sempre pulite e soprattutto profumate. Tutto il Personale è molto gentile e professionale. Che dire della colazione? Ce n'è per tutti i gusti sia dolce che salata, con frutta, briosche, affettati, uova sode e strapazzate, formaggi, marmellate, torte casalinghe, pane, tost, pizzette, cereali e altro! La posizione poi è spettacolare: a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, in centro senza essere nelle vie centrali della movida per cui si riesce a dormire senza sentire alcun rumore. Buona insonorizzazione. Il giudizio complessivo è ottimo.

Siamo stati qualche giorno io e mio marito, ottima struttura, posizione bellissima, a 2 passi dal mare, camera comoda e personale sempre disponibile, colazione ottima. Siamo stati bene, sicuramente ci torneremo anche con i bambini.
