Ottimo hotel direttamente fronte mare, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, cucina buona. Le camere sono carine, le fronte mare piccone ma con bella vista. Ottima posizione. Consigliato

Prenotiamo un giorno prima dell’arrivo specificando che abbiamo un bambino di 5 mesi e uno di tre anni.ci propongono una family room perché spaziosa ci ritroviamo in un loculo al quarto piano : al mattino ci dicono che verrà tolta la corrente elettrica fino a pomeriggio quindi niente ascensore nulla x scaldabiberon acqua calda….loro erano stati avvisati dell’interruzione!!!!! Cambiamo hotel e nn funzionando il pos dico che sarei passata la mattina seguente a saldare la fattura ,lascio un numero di carta senza ccv per cortesia … arrivo puntuale e mi dicono che hanno già prelevato….scorretti fino in fondo hotel da evitare anche per la pulizia !!!!!

Tutto ok non me la sento di criticare cortesia e professionalità del personale che è stato ineccepibile ma non venitemi a dire che è un 4 stelle!!! Prenotiamo camera quadrupla e ci mettono al 5 piano in una camera doppia che poteva massimo massimo fungere da tripla ma ci hanno addirittura inserito un quarto letto addossato al matrimoniale e praticamente nella camera non ci si poteva muovere. La camera era da 3 stelle Basic ma anche l intero stabile è tremendamente datato infatti se ci affacciava al balcone l altra camera era in ristrutturazione quindi va benissimo tutto, state ristrutturando, OK ma almeno ditelo in modo che la clientela sappia che non sta andando in un 4 stelle. Altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta affatto è la colazione :arriviamo e si presentano 4 camerieri (elamadosca una cosa esagerata non c era nessuno ) dicendoci che la colazione è a buffet peccato che l intero buffet è dietro una teca di vetro (quindi NON È UN BUFFET MA È UNA COLAZIONE SERVITA) e per prendere ogni cosa devo chiedere ai camerieri, assurdo. Uno magari dopo la brioche vuole un altro dolce e deve chiedere poi un salato e deve chiedere, poi per il cappuccino deve chiedere, alla fine ti rompi e te ne vai, se è una strategia é molto furba così loro risparmiano ma almeno non parlate di buffet. Quindi un discreto 3 stelle ma non ci tornerei e se avessi saputo prima della camera non avrei mai prenotato

Mi ha colpito subito al Mio arrivò la professionalità e l’ottima accoglienza si percepisce l’attenzione verso il cliente.Ho soggiornato sia nella camera quadrupla che nella suite fronte mare camere e bagni spaziosi con arredo moderno la suite con due camere comunicanti veramente bella con vista spettacolare hanno anche appartamenti vicino all’hotel con possibilità di usufruire dei servizi hotel compreso i pasti cucina ottima consigliato all inclusive con bevande illimitate e spiaggia privata con lettini molto grandi uno dei pochi hotel che da i lettini in base agli occupanti noi eravamo in tre e avevamo tre lettini in spiaggia hotel consigliato

Beautiful beach location. Missed not having coffee service in the room and having to go downstairs for morning coffee to enjoy on the terrace. Wasn't informed at check in even though it is advertised with air conditioning, they had shut it off. Only way to air out room in 77+ degree weather was leave door open all night which still doesn't pull air in when not on sea facing room. Pool wasn't heated either maybe due to time of year. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. 25 euros each for breakfast was high for 2 people that don't eat much, so declined it. Nice property, great view especially from rooftop.

The hotel has a good location, the room is small, the bed and pillows are poor quality, bathroom and cleaning is ok. Breakfast is good, but the restaurant personal are horrible especially the old men… should not work in hospitality business. Front office is helpful, especially the older gentleman in the night shift.

Abbiamo prenotato cinque giorni al park hotel di Cattolica dal 29 al tre gennaio 2024 dire ottimo e poco di più eccellente i camerieri Marco Anna gentilissimi il barista. I titolari sono fortunati ad avere personale professionale ottimi piatti ci ritorneremo senz altro grazie di tutto
