Camera accogliente e pulita. Personale alla reception molto gentile, attento e disponibile, anche nel dare semplici consigli sul parcheggio e altro. Ottima collocazione. Colazione eccellente. Ottima connessione wi-fi in tutta la struttura.

appena arrivati da la sensazione di un hotel extra lusso,poi non si vede l'ora di fuggire. a maggio non hanno l'aria condizionata attiva,a richiesta se ne parla forse nel mese di luglio,l'alternativa e aprire la tapparella e farsi divorare dalle zanzare e con un affluente a 20 metri dalla struttura,non c'è immaginazione.cosa che non mi e mai successa neanche in un bungalow,il mini frigo e finto,se lo fai presente,al ricevimento risulta attivo,l'apparecchio invece dentro aveva la ragnatela. stanza per 5 persone piccolissima. unica nota positiva la sala ristorante,luminosa e con piscina,a questo punto meglio una locanda.

Lo consigliamo! Personale molto disponibile e attento, ambiente curato. Colazione top, con vasta scelta dolce e salata. Cena a buffet con molta offerta presso hotel adiacente. Ottima posizione per visitare acquario, ma in 10 minuti a piedi siete nel centro di Cattolica.

ottimo hotel, camere molto belle e pulite, colazione super abbondante, e cena molto valida camerieri molto disponibili e educati, hotel vicino all'acquario, passeggiata serale in centro con negozi molto belli, unico neo sono i parcheggi all'hotel che sono pochi, comunque hotel super consigliato!!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour prolonger nos vacances en fin d'après-midi pour le lendemain pour trois nuits. Dans la nuit suivante, mon fils et moi-même sommes malades, nous consultons un médecin et décidons finalement de rentrer pour être soignés en France. J'appelle l'hôtel (donc quelques heures après la réservation) pour expliquer ma situation. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir même avec un certificat médical et nous ont prélevé le tiers du montant en pénalité. Un manque de sens du commerce. C'est bien dommage car ayant de la famille sur place, je viens plusieurs fois par an.

Hotel bello, pulito, ottima localizzazione, tranquilo e con la migliore colazione che io abbia mai vista!!! Purtroppo non esiste parcheggio abbastanza per tutti ospiti, ma, lì vicino si trova parcheggio a pagamento.

Hotel appena ristrutturato, le camere e i bagni sono puliti. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La colazione avviene nell'hotel e ci sono proposte per tutti i gusti, dal salato alle torte fatte in casa. La cena viene servita nell'hotel accanto Waldorf con un menù alla carta che trova varie proposte sia di verdure che di carne e pesce. La posizione è vicino al mare e a 20 min a piedi dal centro di Cattolica. Hotel silenzioso la notte, ottimo per riposare.
