Great place to hang up with family. I came up to this hotel with my my 2 kids, and they're sooo happy to stay. Got scooter rent from front desk to room, many kids activities such as feeding animals, riding horses, and playground. Totally recommend this place to you

Inget yaa , sampe hotel pas proses cekin itu agak lama jadi buat yg bawa anak langsung minta pinjem scooter biar bisa milih .
Kemarin itu agak kecewanya pas cekin, proses staffnya yg lumayan lama tapi anakqu udh keduluan scooter duduk sama yang baru datang. Padahal disitu lagi standby 2 staff lobby sm 1 staff pengatur scooter tapi ga ada satupun yg mawarin anakqu , sedangnya scooternya ada di dalem posisinya, bukan yang tinggal ambil. Tapi anakqu tidak di tawari scooter, karena anakqu tipe yg diem dan harus di tawari dlu . Sedangkan ortunya sibuk ngurus cekin. Jadi SCOOTER ITU HARUS KITA YG MINTAA DAN MILIH SENDIRI ! Kalau engga keduluan sama yg lain dan bisa saja ga kebagian . Karena jumlah scooter terbatas . Kalau mau ya harus nunggu sedangkan sy liat scooter ny rata2 di pakai keliling2 dlu oleh semua rata2 pengunjung jadi ga efesien untuk waktu buat nunggu . Jadi ya bisa ngorbanin anak yg sedih pengen ikut pakai juga
Tapi.untungnya kekecewaanqu kebantu sama pelayanan hotel yg prima , minta obat langsung tersedia , minta payung juga ada . Untuk makanan beragam n rasanya lumayan enak

Check in baru bisa jam 3 sore 😅
Memang hotelnya ramah anak. Banyak fasilitas yg buat anak kecil happy. Ada skuter yg bisa dipinjam dari lobby sampai ke kamar. Ada mini zoo yg lucu, binatangnya terawat. Pelayanannya ramah. Menu sarapan lengkap dan enak.
Ada tempat main balapan dan kereta Thomas juga, tapi tidak beroperasi kalo lagi hujan.
Baiknya, check in ontime di jam 3 sore lalu main ke taman belakang (buka dari pagi sampai jam 5 sore). Kalo pagi, banyak sekali peminat, ramai 😅
