Foi maravilhosa! Apto limpo, ventilado, bem mobiliado e com utensílios de cozinha disponíveis. Condomínio agradável, piscina grande e fica na beira da praia, volto com certeza!!!
Sem falar do atendimento disponibilizado pelo Diego Flats que estava sempre a disposição!

O hotel, é pé na areia e isso traz muito conforto, praia maravilhosa. Entretanto, nos alocaram em um apartamento no terceiro andar, as portas da sacada estavam quebradas, as trancas das janelas também estavam quebradas, as trancas dos banheiros quebradas. Senti-se inseguro, visto que não poderíamos fechar nada e estávamos com crianças, podendo inclusive causar um acidente fatal, pois não tínhamos como fechar as portas e as sacadas não teladas. O apartamento tem muita sujeira na pintura, está bem mal conservado. Não volto nunca mais!

O Resort é muito bom, piscina e quarto excelentes, mas é distante de tudo, fica a uns 30 minutos do centro de Caucaia. Atendimento pelo whatsapp péssimo e demorado, falaram que qualquer coisa era só chamar mas não sabiam nem informar o horário de funcionamento da piscina, pediram para ligar na recepção e ninguém atendia.

Um dos melhores lugares em que ja me hospedei. Condomínio muito limpo e paisagismo deslumbrante. Todos os serviços são muito bons.
O flat estava impecavelmente limpo e equipado com tudo necessário para às necessidades comuns.

Alugamos 02 flats (um para eu, minha esposa e meu filho de 4 anos, e outro para meus sogros). Havíamos acabado de sair 5 dias em um resort 5 estrelas em Aquiraz, e fomos direto para outros 3 dias neste flat bem mais simples em Cumbuco. Claro que não tinha a mesma mordomia, mas os apartamentos eram muitíssimo bem montados, confortáveis, equipados (fogão, microondas, TV Smart, cafeteira, pratos e talheres, máquina de lavar roupas) e limpos. Além disso, a estrutura do condomínio é bem bacana, com uma piscina bem grande, bom restaurante, A praia em frente é lindíssima e muito agradável para banho de mar. Faria ressalvas ao mini-mercado dentro do condomínio, que é bem limitado, e o horário do restaurante em dias de semana, mas no geral a experiência foi muito agradável.
