The beds are awesome, feels like a feather bed, the rooms are excellent,

Noisy group next door which is not on the hotel other than thin walls but what was most frustrating was that our room was an adjoining room which when we walked in looked like someone had already tried to open it from the other side and the only thing keeping someone from coming in was one of those loop security deals like you see on your hotel room main door. Not much to keep a stranger from getting into your room which made for a tough night sleep not to mention the door would never latch so every time another door was opened that door would become ajar. After checking the room I saw no bugs but burn holes in the sheets. Noisy bed frames. Wallpaper coming off the wall. It was not a bad room for the price just felt uncomfortable with the door in the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk was fantastic , he made us feel welcome. Rooms are clean fresh and newer looking. Pets are welcome with a small fee. There is a dog walking area close by. Breakfast us included. The hotel is close to restaurants and not far from the Mammoth Caves.

My room was quite comfortable, especially for a pet friendly hotel. All I had to do was let them know I had only had to pay a small fee, unlike most places that wanted $50 to $100 that I looked up. The only down side I had is that the tile bathroom will NOT get warm no matter how high the heat is in the winter. So bring slippers or a thick towel to stand on.

Road weary, we checked in just wanting a place to sleep before hitting the road again the next morning. The room was impressive and very clean. The best part was the customer service. Lucky checked us in and made it easy. He also made us feel welcomed and our business appreciated. We were so impressed, we have a mini-vacation planned to stay at that hotel the whole time.

I arrived to this hotel after several nights of bad hotels and sleepless nights and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and he was able to perfectly accommodate my room requests. The room was impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.
