Third Wyndham hotel we have stayed and this one was as good as the second and way better than the first. Clean and nice. Pool was warm. Lady at the front desk was amazing. Even got to check in half an hour early. The other guests though could use a lesson in common courtesy. But if you’re a heavy sleeper and not woken up by car beeps, kids running by and yelling while the parent screams from ten feet behind, then this is the place for you. If you’re a light sleeper like me you will slightly suffer. But a good clean decent hotel to lay your head down if needed.

The room was comfortable but it was noisy. Trains went by, other travelers were not considerate. I asked for a receipt and the clerk wasn’t able to give me one. I have yet to receive the emailed receipt that was offered. The bathroom needed updating as some of the fixtures were not in good condition.

My only issue was I didn’t realize no elevator available with the room I got. I have knee pain so that was hard with the steps. Outside entrance. Good pricing, modern and very clean!

This property needs a makeover. The level of cleanliness is not up to Baymont standards. The carpet was filthy and the chair in the room was dirty and stained. The entire facility needs some love. The staff were the bright spot in our experience.

Great place to stay in cave city. It is clean and comfortable and less expensive than the hotels close by. Water pressure in the shower was amazing which was very nice after a long day of hiking. My fiancé and I left with only positive things to say about this hotel.

The room was large and had many extras including extra towels, soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was great including hot and cold selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location close to mammoth cave was perfect. I would come again.
