Excellent property with some of the best hospitality and courteousness possible. Every (100%) Staff members are professional and ever willing to help out with anything you need. We'll trained indeed. Front desk Experience was fabulous with Banu and Nicholas standing out. House keeping was excellent with Austin doing well. F&B is magnificent and reasonably priced. Chefs Kundan and Abhijeet were super and at hand to tailor your meals if required. Decent bar with an excellent bar*** Joel. All in all a lovely experience and an enjoyable holiday

Kamalnath from housekeeping provided excellent service. The rooms and bathroom was neatly cleaned. 5 ⭐ for clealiness. The Ambience of Hathi Mahal is also very good. The staff here is very courteous. Overall had a pleasant stay . Looking forward to come back with my friends and family

The resort has lovely amenities and the rooms are so homey and refreshing. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Mr. Kamalnath (housekeeping staff) is very efficient in his work.

Just checked out from Goa, Haathi Mahal resort spending 8 days stay filled with joy & full relaxation. Hospitality was superb with the staff in the restaurant and the bar very pleasant and personally attentive especially Sameer, Saurabh, Priyanka, Antonio, Sachin, Kamalnath, Suraj, Arjun and not forgetting Kundan the head chef with his team giving us delicious food and impeccable courtesy & service. Our thanks to senior ***agers Jessica Fernandes & her team *****side Ghanshyam as well as George Lobo. Front Desk mgr Dylan and his team including Nicholas, Karthik and Banu & others. Chkin & Chkout process was welcoming, quick providing courtesy and patience. Most important was the lovely, tasty food from the chef, Kundan with his team having a variety of choice every day cooked to a high standard to our dietary constraints. We were blessed and grateful for John Spence, Chair*** & owner of Karma Group to personally take his time to spend with us at length. Very much down to earth & pleasant person. John, Thank you so much. Our heartfelt thanks to Esparanca Patricio, ***aging Director of Karma Group who took time out from her busy schedule to see us too. Thank you. Haathi Mahal is indeed a unique resort for us. Kamalnath and Pradeep are excellent guys towards housekeeping services. They are assets and the ***agement should take care of them

Overall amazing experience and good food options available, beach is on walkable distance. Excellent housekeeping service given by Kamalnath. Clean and safe swimming pool had good family time. Beautiful place, appreciate hospitality.

Great stay with great vibes. Located at best posh area of goa. Best for stay and have a great timewith family. Near by cavalosim beach where you can spend wholeday get relaxed at day and enjoy lovely sunset in evening. Strongly recom***ded if if tou want to stay with family
