Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. During my recent stay at Novotel Goa, I found myself immersed in a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. hotel offers a perfect retreat For family. Comfortable stay, clean facility , easy access to beach, Kids engagement activities but What truly sets Novotel Goa apart is its impeccable service. The staff members were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and professionalism. Special mention for Housekeeping staff (name: Manjunath and Sudarshan). There welcome drink is a must try, they were kind to offer it to me multiple time ;)

We have conducted our International veterinary dermatology conference at Novotel Dona Silvia beach resort, Goa in 6-9 June2024. It was a n amazing experience. ICVD3 at Goa was a grand scientific event of international standard and about 600vets got the opportunity to share the ocean of knowledge in veterinary dermatology . It provided a very great opportunity for veterinary industry people to interact and explain above their products to vets.Thank you so much for your cooperation with great hospitality and unparalleled service to customers.Keep it up

I must say this is awesome resort. We stayed with family. Huge swimming pool kids play area and super clean just 100 mtr away beach was cherry on the cake. Food was simply great all the chefs are really good. Staff is also supportive and very prompt room service. Thanks to Ruby for making check in and check out process smooth. Highly recommend for family or group stay. Enjoyed a lot.
