Ailem ile Çok mükemmel 2 gece geçirdik odası çok temiz , mekanın merkezi olması ve özellikle balonları izleyebileceğiniz mükemmel bir konumda ,çalışanlarının çok ilgili ve alakalı olması bizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissetirdi tüm çalışanlarına ve özellikle İsmail Bey e çok teşekkür ederiz. Kapadokya’da Otel araştırırken balonları gören bir yer olması nedeniyle dikkatimi çekmişti, görsellerin gerçek olmadığını düşünmüştüm , balonların bu kadar yakınına ineceğini beklemiyordum, manzaranın muhteşemliğini deneyip yaşamanız gerekiyor. Odanın kış balkonundan muhteşem balon manzarası eşsiz bir deneyimdi. Oteli beklentimizin üstünde beğendiğimiz için bir gece fazla kaldık, hijyeni ve çalışanların ilgisiyle çok memnun kalacağınız bir yer. Kapadokya’da gezilecek yerlerden, balon turuna kadar bizimle ilgilenen İsmail beye, lezzetli kahvaltıları için Gülhan ve Gülşen hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz 🌸☘️ 2,5 yaşındaki oğlum bizden daha çok bayıldı otele samimiyetiniz için çok teşekkür ederiz

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel... otelde karşılanmamız, cam balkondan güneşin doğuşunu izlemek ,balonlara bu kadar yakın olmak,nefis kahvaltı, günün her saati çay ve kahve :) Sıcacık bir ortam. kusursuz hizmet ve konfor ,kesinlikle deneyimleyin. Teşekkür ederiz herşey için :)

Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan son ana kadar ki çalışanların ve özellikle İsmail beyin yaklaşımı misafirperverliği çok iyiydi. Odaların temizliği iyiydi hamam konsepti rahatlatıcıydı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Sürekli çay kahve taze yapılmış ikramlar vardı.Başka bir otele gerçekten ihtiyaç yok.

I stayed at Jacobs Caves with three friends for 4 nights, it really was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds. The breakfast was superb, so much to choose from! Special shout out to the staff Ishmail, Ozcan and Gorkem who gave amazing service and great advice & help in booking our activities which included a balloon ride, green tour, red tour, ATV tour and Turkish night. We definitely would not have been able to do so much without their knowledge and assistance in booking the activities, big thank you 😊 The location is very peaceful and relaxing, make sure you get up early one morning as you will catch the balloons flying directly above the hotel. Do pop along to Orman Restaurant for lunch/ dinner which is only a five minute walk from the hotel, you will receive a warm welcome with amazing food. I will definitely be back and bring family next time, thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It was an excellent welcoming and comfortable hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful for all their guests. I brought my American and British friends to their hotel, they were all happy during the stay in this hotel. I want to thank to Ismail, Görkem and Özcan very much. They were so kind, thoughtful and caring people. I felt myself llucky to have selected Jacob’s Cave Hotel in Çavuşin. By the way, if you have chance to visit Çavuşin, you should try Orman Restaurant and to taste the Turkish cuisine.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful service with excellent recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the serene atmosphere, complemented by a stunning view of hot air balloons with the sunrise , made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay!

What a glorious stay!!! Staff are delightful, the area is peaceful and picturesque. We were very happy to have chosen to stay in the calmer area of cavusin especially as we had a car for ease of getting round Cappadocia. Would whole heartedly recommend staying here to anyone!!!!
