Fairyland Cave Hotel

The basic facilities are very complete, but the location is very remote. It was already getting late when we arrived, and there was nothing to eat. I was hungry until the next morning. It's a bit far from the center of Goreme town. If you want to eat, drink or play, you have to go to the city center. You can ask the front desk to call a taxi. The boss is a very kind old man and will also provide breakfast. But there is no air conditioning and it is very hot during the day when there is sunshine.

4 + 4 We went to the hotel as 2 families, eight people, to stay for 1 night. Our other friends went to the hotel early because our friends came from Kozakli Thermal and did not pay attention to the check-in time. After the friendly lady at the hotel reception said "let's check in, you can wait on the terrace", we offered to offer tea and coffee. My wife also wanted coffee and we drank 2 coffees as REFRESHMENT, we just registered at the hotel and left the hotel immediately to visit Göreme Avanos and other fairy chimneys sections, with other family friends to come. After returning in the evening, I received a nice welcome from the reception, key wifi, hotel introduction, balloon time, breakfast time, etc. It was nice. In the morning, we watched the balloons again in the beautiful view, then we had breakfast in the room, it was very nice. When we finally came to check out, we checked out after our other friends left 2 minutes before us. When I tried to help my wife with the luggage, she gave me a harsh and disrespectful shout from behind, like "you owe me a debt", and when I went there, I got 2 coffees. They asked for water and said, "It doesn't matter, but they told us it would be a treat" and I reacted like "Is it possible to invite people like this?" Then the old gentleman at the reception got angry at the other staff and made a complaint like "Call me who served me what treats". I expressed my dissatisfaction and paid the required fee, declaring that it was not important but did not suit the business. They made me have a finale that ended all the satisfactions I had written from the beginning, thank you. The service is high, intelligence is zero, I will pay that much money for one night, will I avoid 2 coffees? It doesn't suit me, it doesn't matter at all. An unimportant note: The friend who brought the coffees before breakfast, the smiling lady in the blue dress at breakfast, and the friend who carried our luggage were also treated.

Despite repeated attempts to adjust the temperature, the room remained bone-chillingly cold throughout my stay. This discomfort made it impossible to relax after a long day of travel. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, I encountered indifferent staff. Requests for help or explanation were often met with harsh responses and dismissive gestures.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The hotel owners were caring and friendly. They supported me in everything. There was a friendly family atmosphere. The location of the hotel was quite good. Breakfast was nice. Thank you for everything :) Also, if you come here without a car, they help you with transportation.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The design of the rooms, the hotel's terrace and location are wonderful. A hotel with a magnificent view where you can watch the balloons from the terrace in the morning. Since the hotel's location is very central, we were able to go everywhere easily in a short time. The breakfast is quite diverse and satisfying. The employees are very attentive and helpful. I would especially like to thank the owner of the hotel, Mehmet, for his interest, sincerity and help. It is definitely a hotel I will choose again and again on my next visit to Cappadocia.
