The first room had a damaged shower head. They moved us to another room no questions asked.
Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day.
Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe.
Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace.
Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure!
Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find.
Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me.
These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value.
There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ahmet, Bulent et leur équipe, malgré notre arrivée très matinale. L'hôtel est tres joli et dispose d'une belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, voire exceptionnel.
Bulent et Ahmet parlent un très bon français et sont d'excellents conseils pour toutes les activités dans la région (voire tout le pays) car ils sont guides et tiennent une agence de voyage. Bulent a toujours été prêt à nous aider dans l'organisation de nos journées.
Le village de Cavuşin occupe une position centrale dans la Capaddoce et dispose de toutes les commodités touristiques (sauf ATM). Il est particulièrement agréable car moins de monde qu'à Göreme.
Merci à toute l'équipe, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had a re-union with friends. Stayed 2 days. The rooms are well decorated, in an authentic, charming hotel. The owner Bülent and his father Ahmet were really helpful, smily people. I can not wait to go there again. Also cleaner Ahmet Güven was such a big help and hard-worker. He deserved a good tip

Posto molto bello e caratteristico.ubicazione perfetta. Professionalità e calore della famiglia che lo gestisce. Colazione ottima e varia ogni mattina. Importanti anche la disponibilità di fornire informazioni e soprattutto di prenotare il giro in mongolfiera 😃

L'hotel è molto grazioso, pulito e accogliente, lo staff super disponibile e la posizione ottima, sia per visitare la zona adiacente (molto bella e poco battuta) sia per visitare tutta la zona di Goreme ( a 5 minuti di auto) e delle splendide valli. Colazione ottima e con buffet vario con offerta ogni giorno di un piatto espresso (siamo stati 3 notti e un giorno ci hanno preparato ciambelle calde, un giorno uova strapazzate, un giorno french toast). Caffe e tea gratuiti e disponibili h 24, davvero un ottima location. Parcheggio gratuito.
