Hotel bem localizado e com excelente atendimento. Muito confortável . A única sugestão de melhoria é quanto a inexistência de estacionamento. No meu caso deixei o carro em frente ao hotel e não tive nenhum problema com isso. Mas é uma melhoria que valorizaria a hospedagem

Razoável, cozinha a noite diz que atende até às 22:00 mas não atendem o telefone, só atenderam após o horário pra dizer que já estava fechada.
Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, mexido de ovo horrível.

Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto em frente a uma obra do hotel. Barulho de furadeira, cheiro forte de produtos químicos, muita poeira, e estávamos com nosso filho de dois meses, então era inviável ficar ali. Perguntei na recepção se não havia outra opção de quarto, aí nos colocaram em um quarto melhor, distante da obra, com banheiro melhor, varanda, etc. O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã era ok, com boas opções, as pessoas simpáticas. É bem perto do parque das águas, dá pra ir a pé (e fomos com carrinho de bebê, bolsa, então é pertinho msm, não teve perrengue). Em geral foi uma boa experiência, apesar do momento inicial desagradável.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! Do café da manhã, localização, instalações, limpeza, conforto, wifi, piscina aquecida,salão de jogos, tv a cabo, banheiro espaçoso. Sempre que vamos a Caxambu, ficamos no Hotel União. Já virou uma tradição da família! Indicamos demais!

Está bem localizado. Fica próximo do parque das Águas e do centro. Dá para ir a pé. Bom atendimento e quarto bem limpo e amplo. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso. Levamos nosso pet de pequeno porte e houve um acréscimo na diária. Achamos um pouco caro. Deveria ser um valor mais acessível. Estacionamento com poucas vagas.

Recepcao bastante cordial, porem nosso quarto era extremamente barulhento, ao lado do salao de cafe da manha ( impossivel dormir de manha, tanto de barulho dos hospedes quanto da equeipe de limpeza)). Tive que solicitar a troca de apto. Na manha seguinte fomos acordados pela moca da limpeza que se quer bateu na porta, entrando de repente. Foi muito desagravel. Falta treino para a equipe
