Check in muito demorado, fomos bem atendidos, e fomos atendidos no instante em que chegamos, mas não sei que tantos dados elas pegaram de cada um de nós 4 que demorou muito, hoje em dia na minha opinião as coisas devem ser mais rápidas.

A good breakfast, cleans well, but the bed is terrible. Soft, old man knows when it leaves deep that the bed is hard. If it's a person of 50 kg or less, it's perhaps a good bed. The night's sleeping bad. Care if you sleep in the other one in the photo to print the disgrace kkkk

Equipe? Muito boa Comodidades? Muito boa. Sabonetes e shampoo/ condicionador são fixos nas paredes. Seguindo a tendência de países desenvolvidos de diminuir o desperdício tanto em plástico das embalagens, quanto em produtos. Limpeza? Muito boa Conforto? Muito bom Custo-benefício? Bom Localização? Centro da cidade - muito boa. Ficamos num quarto de fundos, sem barulho da rua. Como você avalia o conforto das camas? Muito bom. Espaçosa, colchão firme e bons travesseiros. Tudo muito bem higienizado. A região em torno da acomodação é segura? Sim O que você achou da comunicação com Hotel? Boa Qual o seu nível de satisfação com o quarto? Satisfeita, excelente tamanho e distribuição. Mesa e cadeiras auxiliares para refeição. Tem cofre no quarto. A piscina do hotel é pequena, mas atende bem para poucos hospedes. Não tem piscina infantil. Piscina bem limpa, com água aquecida e clorada corretamente. Tem sauna e academia, que não utilizamos. Mas nos pareceu bem completa e acessível. Desjejum-Café da manhã – o espaço é pequeno em relação a quantidade de quartos do hotel, tanto as mesas quanto o local em que o hóspede se serve. Mamão estava amargo e passado, o que não me apeteceu provar outras frutas, suco de uva parecia reconstituído, bolos secos (pareciam velhos), frios um pouco secos. O pão de queijo, o omelete e o café de máquina estavam bons. Acabamos deixando de experimentar outras coisas para evitar decepção. Enfim o local e alimentação não foram condizentes com o restante do hotel, o que nos decepcionou. Já ficamos hospedados no Swan de Rio Grande e esperávamos o mesmo café maravilhoso;
