Room was clean, on the beach, Staff was great, food was not so good, Had the worst burger ever. and took a very ling time to get it. Tried it twice no go. Only 1 giant cockroach in restaurant.

Very comfortable stay, convenient to the town/ restaurants, the staff is very helpful- they help me set up exit off of Caye caulker The pool is great, I slept like a baby, very clean, spacious, great views! I can’t wait to go back when I need some relaxing time

Just an OK hotel. Compared to the last hotel we stayed at, service was not as accommodating. We checked in after the allotted time and the room wasn’t ready. Pool towels were unavailable another day. They wanted to charge for water in the room (last resort had a water bubbler for us). Maybe this is just how this island differs from San Pedro but wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Vacation starts at soon as you step off the plane when you book ahead through the hotel for roundtrip airport transportation including ferry tickets. The food and drinks at the hotel were good and prices were comparable to the options surrounding.
The pool was always clean and the beach dining was a great way to start or end the day.

My family and I visited Island Magic over Spring Break. Though the hotel was busy, they always made time to ensure our needs were met, from bringing in an extra mattress for our youngest child to delivering us to the water taxi terminal on their golf cart. The location is exceptions, the pool perfect, and the service phenomenal. All good things to say!

We absolutely loved our stay at Island Magic! The property was beautifully maintained, always swept, raked and the pool perfect. The swim up bar, with happy hour rum drinks was a peaceful way to spend part of the afternoon. The room was spacious and immaculate. White floors, walls and linens - crisp and relaxing! The room had a coffee maker and large fridge. Lots of shelves to put luggage on. You do have to pay for drinking water refills (2.50 for a large jug, which is not unreasonable). Staff were incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. There are a few bikes to rent, which is an excellent way to tour the island. The restaurant was excellent! Good menu, reasonable prices and perfect if it’s raining and you don’t want to go far or if you want a sea view meal!

Island Magic staff were wonderful! Good restaurant/bar, nice pool, nice dock, and bikes. Everything was clean. They arranged our flights from Belize City, taxi, and golf cart rental. Great location just south of lots of restaurants and about a 20-minute walk to The Split. Room 4 (two queens) had great access to the pool, a nice patio, good shower pressure, and kitchen (stove top, microwave, coffee pot, sink, fridge). Room 9 (one king) is on the second level but has the same as Room 4. Room 10 was not as nice (faced water tanks, no stove, no microwave, poor shower pressure). Restaurant staff were great, but they seemed understaffed (hard to get a second cup of coffee). Fry jacks, Belizean breakfast, ceviche, and banana waffles were awesome. Be sure to order a roasted pineapple mojito! It was really windy with some crazy rain storms during our visit; but the pool area was protected from the wind, and there were some covered areas with tables so we could still play cards.
