Schönes und vor allem sauberes Hotel; freundliches Personal; gutes Frühstück inklusive; das Hotel ist direkt am Anlegesteg der Wassertaxis und daher sehr zentral gelegen, daher war es nachts auch etwas lauter aber das war für uns nicht störend; das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Wasserabschnitt dafür aber eine Dachterrasse.

Très mauvais service, soit la chambre n’est pas faite, soit elle est faite en fin de journée.
Le papier toilette n’est pas remplacé les serviettes de bain et le tapis de bain sont manquants. Le savon n’est pas remplacé, et il n’y a pas de shampooing. Pas de body lotion non plus.
Tout ceci ne serait pas grave si nous n’avions pas à le réclamer trois fois la même journée.
Le petit déjeuner ne mérite pas son nom car le café est froid et les œufs sont trop cuits. Il n’y a rien d’autres à manger.
N’espérez pas dormir tranquillement, vous serez réveillé à plusieurs reprises, car la rue est passante. Il y a beaucoup de bruit et de tapage nocturne.

Location and cleanliness the biggest plus. 4th floor walkup was no fun -- don't foget anything! Hotel requires that all soiled TOILET PAPER be placed in an open, uncovered trash can next to toilet, NOT FLUSHED. Ewww. Wish that bit of info had been made available in advance. A limited breakfast menu at the shop next door -- acceptable quality, but no more than that. I would not stay here again -- nothing horrible, but not a great vacation vibe.

Nice place. Modern updated rooms. No elevator so if you get the 5 th floor like we did. Plan on loosing a few lbs. Long hike.

The property is less than 2 years old. Staff is VERY pleasant. Rooms are very clean. Lots of ocean, ferry and restaurants in walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was good. There is no elevator. The rooftop bar wasnt open but there are plenty of other bars close by. I would absolutely stay here again.
