Well, for Cuba this is an average normal hotel. But this is somewhere around 3 stars. The huge downside is an incredible number of mosquitoes and even more flies. It is impossible to live in peace. Food - the choice is standard for Cuba, even quite good. Otherwise, nothing unusual. + I can’t select. Only if you drink, they pour it non-stop, mostly beer. But this is such a plus. They do this everywhere and I don’t see anything good in it. Shabby, old. It will do for 2 out of 5.

Hotel in general that needs an update, it shows that it is a few years old. The service and attention of the employees, for me the best of the hotel, at least from my experience. The food leaves something to be desired, apart from the fact that there is not always everything. It is worth booking at the Malecón restaurant, both the service and the food are better than in the self-service. And the beach bar is also a good idea because of the surroundings and the tranquility. Regarding the animation, the boys/girls try it although without many results. The shows at night are good in general, although they shouldn't let so much time pass between them and the disco. Almost more than an hour passes between one and the other and people get cold. The beach is not wide and quite dirty with algae and so on. Although they try to take care of her daily. I think overall it is good value for money. But for a better beach go to Playa Pilar or one of another hotel.

Having read a sufficient number of negative reviews, I will say one thing, THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL! It was our first time in Cuba and I was impressed! There is enough food, but this is not Türkiye or Egypt. But no one stood in line, there was enough for everyone. There is something to eat. In the morning we most often ate scrambled eggs, the smoothie there was divine. Tastes better with mango juice. At lunch and dinner there was a lot of meat, sometimes tasty, sometimes not. Depends on the cook. Pasta ahead of schedule is delicious. Fish, shrimp and crabs were given once twice in 10 days, but that was enough. There are no problems with alcohol, the lobby bar is open 24 hours. We mostly drank rum and beer, all decent. I didn't have a headache in the morning. You can also eat burgers at a snack bar at night. The attitude towards Russians is good, we got a room in a bungalow with a large balcony. We checked it out 👍 The beach is a separate type of beauty, blue ocean and white sand, there are a few stones, but not critical. The snack bar on the beach is the most delicious, sometimes we didn’t even go for lunch. There are small problems with water, there is no hot water, but it is warm. In general, I will say this, if you go to look for disadvantages, and not to relax, of course you will find them. And if you are going to enjoy the ocean and sun, then you will like everything. We would definitely come back to the hotel again. Be sure to go to the restaurant, you can visit 2 times. Take SPF protection with you, you will get sunburned even with it. It's expensive there! And maskitols, mosquitoes are present.

I was with my family at the Hotel to spend my vacation. It was an excellent option, we had a spectacular time. The service, cuisine and staff were incredible. I felt very happy and special. The buffet was well stocked with a very good variety, the food was well prepared and there was never a shortage, on the contrary, the chefs did not allow the service and the stations to remain empty. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. The rooms assigned to us were cabin-style at BW 23, spacious and very beautiful in a very cozy style. The cleanliness and attention of the waitress was 10/10. At the reception the trea**ent was always very helpful from the first day until the last, always with timely information. We already have to leave, but my family and I are making plans to come again because we had a spectacular time. I recommend it to everyone!!!!

We just returned from a girls trip to Hotel Mojito in Cayo Coco. The airport is about a 20 minute bus ride to the resort without any stops. Check in was so fast and easy. We were in building 23 on the ground floor. The room is a bit dated but clean and had everything we needed. Our fridge and safe weren't working when we got there but they came to fix them as soon as we went to the front desk to tell them. The beach is about a 5 minute walk across the lagoon. We didn't mind the walk but we thought it would be too far for anyone with mobility issues. The beach is beautiful and always had lots of chairs. You can walk almost 2 km in each direction on the beach. The beach bar had amazing service and a good sandwich and fries for lunch if you didn't want to venture from the beach. They played games and music for a couple of hours a day around lunch time. The pools were nice and clean and were always able to find chairs when we left the beach for the day. The swim up bar had great drinks and service. We didn't see any signs of food shortages the whole week. They always had grilled meats, pasta, salads, bread and ice cream for dessert. We went to the Cuban and the Italian a la carte restaurants and they were both very good. The pizza was good and we saw others who go the lasagna that looked really good. Highly recommend these restaurants. They were located in the same building on the lagoon just on different nights. The Cigar bar is the coolest bar and best bar tender Freddie. They have live music on Monday nights. They also had live music every night in the lobby that was good. The service was amazing from everyone who worked there. Our only complaint is that we didn't have hot water all week, it was just luke warm which wasn't too big of a deal since it was hot outside. We had a great trip and would recommend this resort.
