It was a very good week here with perfect weather. The food was good with a lot of variety available. Our room was very comfortable with the cleaning staff very attentive to our needs. Cesar and Yandi from the Diamond club were instrumental in making our stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. The beach was wonderful and we were there twice per day. We will surely be back.

Muy lindas vacaciones que disfrute con mi familia. El personal es muy amigable, respetuosos y servicial. Mi hijo disfruto mucho de esta semana aquí tanto en la piscina, playa y el kids club que tienen para que los niños puedan también disfrutar. Vamos a regresar en octubre con amigos y familia porque hemos disfrutado mucho de esta linda semana. 😊❤️🏖️ Familia Robles 😊

My first time at the resort and I had a good time. Weather was nice and hot .I loved the beach ⛱️ and Cuban drinks.Every hotel staff were friendly specially Diamond Club Concierge Agustin was very helpful and professional. I liked very much night a very good resort I recommend you foe sure.

I'd like to extend my warm hearted gratitude and special thanks towards concierge Nordelys, Malvia, and Agustin as well as the manager Yailin for arranging and providing excellent services for a wonderful experience and stay here at Grand Memories Cayo Santa Maria. The staff here at Grand Memories Cayo Santa Maria are very kind and wonderful people providing the best service as possible especially a wide variety of food options and drinks and the staff are like one large family. The entertainment team here at Grand Memories Cayo Santa Maria are also amazing by providing a wide variety of activities and entertainment to people and making smiles and true memories. Overall, my stay here has been very pleasant and memorable and though it may be my first time here at Grand Memories Cayo Santa Maria, I will definitely be coming back here for another vacation.

Un excelente hotel, vinimos a pasar las vacaciones con mi hermana y mi madre y la pasamos espectacular. Cuenta con una piscina grande, también con una guardería donde iba mi hermana! La playa es lo más lindo! Hay bebida todo el tiempo. Muy buena la atención de los chicos de animación.

The entertainment team was amazing. Yorky was very energetic and provided a very good experience. I would 100% go back as they all made everyone smile and have fun all the time. The entertainment was a variety between the beach and the pool and never failed to put on a good show!

Fueron unas vacacuones muy buenas en compañia de mi esposo,el servicio esta nuy bueno y tienen variedas de comida El equiponde animacion es bueno El dia cubano con la orquesta en vivo fue muy bueno Y los shows que tienen en el lobby nuy bueno con bailarines
