Great plane to stay, quiet, convenient.

Very nice property only thing I can say is there wasn’t a dresser or enough counter space but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay. It was not our intended place but we stayed for the first time due to few vacancies around town and we are very happy. The room and grounds were very clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

It was nice. We have stayed here before and did not have any problems so decided to book again. The only thing I can suggest is replacing your towels. They were clean but no longer look white. We did not use them, instead we bought some beach towels and used them.

I liked all of the above.

This property is kept very clean. The beds are comfortable, the linens are soft. The owners are welcoming. I love that it is dog friendly. The only bummer was the sitting area they had set up directly outside our room where other guests hung out late into the evening. Next time we stay, I will request a different room.

Cute place. Our room was cute and clean with ample space. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, but get your shower in early or late if you want more than luke warm water. Even though rooms are right on the parking lot, we were never disturbed with sounds of traffic. There is an ice machine but no ice buckets in room 2 major drawbacks that would stop me from returning: sink water stunk to high heaven of sulpher (rotten eggs, sewer). I brushed my teeth in the shower (surprisingly didnt stink) to avoid turning on the tap. it got worse the longer we were there no air circulation. at night with drapes drawn (because you're right on the parking lot) the air got stagnant, stuffy, and hot - even with the air on

Refurbished room was amazing. Well within walking distance of downtown Cayucos. Will stay again.
