The location is very good. The heater for the shower did not work as well as the toilet flush did not work.

This is a very good location for those who will have medical check ups or laboratory appointments specifically at the center of Cebu. Very affordable and near to many important locations.

I lived there four years ago. Everything was good back then. This time I felt much worse. The floor was not cleaned. The shower equipment was a bit old and dark. The breakfast has also changed. The coffee is 3-in-1. The location is very good
