It was a very nice place to stay. Very clean.

My entire experience was top notch! Leah, the housekeeper, cleaned the room immaculately, and even left me some mints! Amanda, at the front desk, was friendly, efficient, very helpful, and even found some plates and utensils for me to eat my dinner. Elianna, arrived after Amanda was off, and went above and beyond to notice that the pizza person had left my pizza by my door without letting me know. When the pizza was still there a little bit later Elianna knocked on my door to let me know. I appreciated that I didn't need to eat cold pizza because of Elianna. Stephanie, in the breakfast room, kept everything clean and spotless immediately after someone left a table. Stephanie refilled everything continually so nothing was empty and all guests could enjoy a full breakfast! OUTSTANDING JOB EVERYONE! I encourage everyone to stay here. The accommodations were exemplary, the service was great, and the price was very reasonable!

When we arrived we found out we were staying on the second floor. Not having an elevator was a big issue for us. Overall, the hotel was clean, but we could tell it needed some minor repairs. We will definitely stay there again. Just hope that the needed repairs are done.

I have to give Connor at the front desk a 5 out of 5 for helping me with our check in. Our reservation through ******* was for the wrong date. There was only one room left, we were exhausted so he booked the room for us while I dealt with ******* for the cancelation. Then we checked out the next morning and when we were 6 hours away I realized I didn't have my laptop bag. We immediately called the hotel and spoke with Shanda Badger, the assistant manager who immediately went to our room to check for my bag. She called me back to let me know she found my bag and would secure it in her office for the weekend until I could figure out how to get it shipped to me in Canada. Shanda boxed up my laptop bag with contents and I found a shipping company that was able to pick up my bag and deliver it to me. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from both Connor and Shanda. And we also had a good night sleep in a clean room and appreciated the little note and candies left by the housekeeper Leah. It was a nice touch.

The only thing I didn’t like was no elevators. Other than that it was a good hotel.
