In general, the hotel was clean, felt safe, and was close to campus. Also, the front-desk staff seemed friendly. The second floor room was clean and fairly quiet. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were overly soft and not supportive. The breakfast buffet was expensive ($14-$18) and seemed similar to what you'd get for free at a Hampton or other hotels -- so we skipped it. The shower needs some grout repair/replacement and the bathroom is pretty cramped. Also, I had to remind the front desk person at check-in that I had Diamond status in order to get a bottle of water; I think she also forgot to offer us a food and beverage credit that usually accompanies that status.

What a great place to stay for a couple days! The breakfast was delicious (had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to traditional cereals, oatmeal and bagels). Why pay more when this hotel provides a great stay with everything you’d want.
