Overall it is an nice place to stay being that the nearby town is so crowded these days. I like that there is space in each room and the staff here is friendly minus whoever answered the phone late in the evening when I was looking to see if there were more rooms available for family that just came back from Florida. The hallway does have an odd smoke smell even though the rooms are very clean and fresh. Overall though, a nice place to stay.

The stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The front desk agent Asia always has a beautiful smile every time and a warm welcome. Not to mention the manager Roberta has great customer service. After my truck battery died and got towed to the shop she made sure me and my mother we comfortable while we waited and offered complementary items to us, which meant the world to me and my mother while I was watching my four month old. I cannot thank the people at this hotel enough for their hospitality, customer service, and courteousness. If you decide to stay anywhere, please stay at this Hampton Inn and suites and Culpepper because your stay will always be amazing.

I had a lovely experience while staying in Room 426 at this outstanding hotel. Asia, the front desk agent, was very polite, respectful, friendly, courteous and professional during my arrival at this first-rate hotel in the beautiful city of Culpeper. Asia made sure that my stay at this hotel was both comfortable and relaxing from the time I arrived till my departure. Asia deserves to be recognized for her exceptional level of hospitality and her impressive level of customer service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job with ensuring the guest rooms, fitness center, swimming pool area and the common lobby area are cleaned to the highest of standards. I will definitely be back to this hotel and I am looking forward to it. This hotel MUST be on your bucket list!

A wonderfully lit property with large well equipped rooms, a great breakfast were not the highlights
Of my stay.
It was the kind friendly staff willing to go above the norms. I was able to get a broom to remove the snow off my car

All the staff was amazing! From super Ron who I spoke to numerous times on phone and checked us in, to the wonderful sweetheart who greeted us at breakfast every morning, the front desk ladies, the maids were all personable, helpful and friendly! However, the bed thumped like a metal sound. I am a lover of dogs but the running back and forth over our heads at bedtime was louder than I would have liked. Maybe put dogs on bottom floor??

Clean, comfortable and what a breakfast! Judy prepared a breakfast that wasn’t typical of a free breakfast. Best potato’s and sausage, clean and well prepared. The staff at the counter was great! No issues at all during our stay. Thank you Judy!
