This is not a hotel, it's been converted into apar**ents. There is no one there if you have issues. We were able to get into room, but it wasn't the room we'd requested. We reserved a 2 bed room and only had one full size bed. There was no top sheet on bed, no soap in bathroom at all, and barely a partial roll of toliet paper. Our door didn't shut properly because it didn't have a striker plate. The general condition of facility was poor with peeling wall paper and very worn carpet. It was inexpensive and if we'd been able to get needs met I'd say it was fine for price, however not being able to get a roll of toliet paper or having the reserved number of beds makes it to difficult to recommend to anyone.

My stay at Kiteville has been relaxing and stress free. The room was very spacious and clean. The television was a fire tv so I had lots of apps and the screen was a nice size. The staff was friendly and attentive and the night staff made me feel safe because nobody got passed the lobby if they wasn’t a registered guest.

Had a reservation and was unable to properly check in as I never received a room number or door code to access my room. There is no attendant on duty at the front desk and the phone number provided went to a voicemail that never called back. After 30 minutes we left and booked a different hotel night of.

Kiteville in Cedar Rapids is a very nice place to stay. The management is very friendly and willing to help when needed. I enjoy my time here and when I come back here I plan on staying here when I am in Cedar Rapids.
