Property was pretty run down. Our room was not super clean and there was no shampoo in the shower. The bathroom floor had not been moped. You could still see footprint from previous guest on the floor.

Lobby was very clean and updated. Room was dirty. Table had water rings on it. Bathroom floor, bathroom door and walls had quite a bit of dirt smudges/streaks/stains. Mirrors looked dusty and streaky. Complained about it and when it got cleaned a day later, it was better but not great and our beds weren’t made. If I ever stay in Cedar Rapids again, I’ll try somewhere else. Employees were very nice though!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint lies in the comfort of the mattress. It was hard and not very comfortable. I prefer a softer mattress.

In town for a funeral. 1st time staying at Homewood Suites. Other family members stayed there also. Nice big room. Very quiet a**osphere. Good breakfast (thanks Miss Sue). Would definitely stay there again.
