I waited in line for 45 minutes before they told me an employee overbooked and sold the room I paid for

The rooms had holes in the wall, a broken bathroom, no internet, not enough lighting, broken lock on door and back entrance door did not need a key fob to open, juice machine broken for morning breakfast. Property needs major renovations and care.

Their wifi was not working, pool was closed, no kleenex in room, only had 1 washcloth, phone didn't work, smelled **** in the hallways, washer/dryer out of order, not much left for breakfast 1/2 hour after it started - but 3 employees were sitting down with very full plates & one said "early bird catches the worm!" Used to be a Quality Inn. Do not stay here!!

Nothing special or unique. There was absolutely nothing in the rooms as a phone, no trash bins the one trash bin that was there was dirty and full of food. It was just not a good experience at all.
