Room was according my expectations. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn’t any handle to prevent a fall. Dangerous for seniors.

Cuándo en la calidad de tu servicio, intervienen varios factores, basta 1 para demeritar, el excelente trabajo de otros. Pésimo trato de la recepción martes 16 de Abril por la noche, una joven Srta. poco interesada en solucionar 1 sola duda administrativa, y su expresión al mencionar "pues ya no tengo, y las que hay son más caras", Muchas gracias, cometí el error de llegar a la sucursal equivocada, lo tomaremos en cuenta, evitando molestarlos.
