Property was nice. Hotel rooms tired. Not enough outlets on first room. I asked to be moved. No high toilets.
I don’t think we’d stay there again, especially for the price.

I love the interior decor of this hotel, though I hear it is changing. My biggest complaint is the new parking situation. In the past, we have enjoyed the self-park option in the lot because we can come and go as needed. Needing to valet every time gets unnecessarily expensive and inconvenient. We also had a hard time getting the valet, restaurant, and front desk on the phone. I do love the town of Celebration though and love this hotel's location to all of the activities in town.

Great customer service. Valet service was amazing!! (The evening guy) only complaint would be the stains on the bedding.
