I was greeted by an extremely friendly person in front desk who checked me in very quickly and efficiently. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. Great choice at breakfast and the dinner offering was very good. Location is fantastic as it is only a 10 minute walk to the Celerina gondola lift. Highly recommend

Horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk has and attitude and I would not recommend staying here at all!!!! I would expect someone to be helpful and treat their guest properly. This is NOT that place and again I would not recommend staying here!!

Unterirdisches Essen - es gibt nur Menü für 30 CHF, allerdings gab es gegen 20 Uhr lediglich 3 Chickenwings mit etwas Soße,Kartoffeln und verkochtes Gemüse - das Salatbuffet war abgräumt bis auf ein paar Salatblätter, die Suppe war komplett aus und es wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt. Absolute Frechheit die jämmerlichen Reste für 30 CHF anzubieten Selten so hungrig ein Lokal verlassen :-((

A 5 minutos entren de Saint Moritz es una buena opción para conocer la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el hotel dispone de un muy buen servicio, me ayudaron a coordinar transportes y demás. Lo recomendaría sin duda

Accoglienza gentile e premurosa. La camera ampia, pulita e soleggiata. Ritengo che in considerazione della posizione (nel cuore dell'Engadina) il rapporto qualità / prezzo è eccezionale. Una meta da tener presente per futuri piacevoli soggiorni.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia è ottima. Le camere vengono pulite giornalmente. La colazione a buffet è ottima e variata. Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla partenza degli impianti di risalita del settore Corviglia. Gli impianti del Corvatsch o di Diavolezza sono raggiungibili facilmente tramite mezzi pubblici.

Wunderbare Begrüssung, sehr fröhliches Personal und total unkompliziert. Man spürt ihre Leidenschaft. Die Zimmer sind modern, super sauber. Und Celerina Tourist hat sogar ein Live Country Konzert organisiert. War super! Ich komme wieder!

Die Begrüssung und generell die freundlichkeit des Personals ist top. Das Zimmer war nichts besonderes, aber ok. Negativ zu betonen: wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten und ein anderes Zimmer war scheinbar nicht verfügbar. Leider ist die Bar schrecklich schlecht ausgestattet. Ausser einige Biere ist kaum Auswahl vorhanden. Und die "Kantinenfassstrasse" macht das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant nicht wirklich attraktiv.

Dieser Slogan trifft auf das 3-Sterne Hotel voll und ganz zu. Zentral gelegen, unkompliziert und sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, einfaches Frühstücksbüffet aber ausreichende Auswahl, habe auch die Gepächaufbewahrung sehr geschätzt, super ÖV Anbindung im ganzen Tarifverbund, Haltestelle Celerina Cresta Palace in unmittelbarer Nähe.
