Das Hotel wird mit viel persönlichem Engagement ausgezeichnet geführt. Sehr gutes und hochwertiges Essen Wunderschönes Ambiente, selbst der Skikeller ist sehr stylisch. Das Wellness Angebot hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Familien sind herzlich willkommen.

We stayed for a week in a double room classic with balcony (2nd floor), and had an excellent experience. The views from the north-facing room of the Trais Fluors are amazing. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel service was excellent. The room was sufficiently large, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub, and there's a minibar in the room. It's possible to enter and exit the hotel through the back door that leads to the parking lot and to the Celerina-Marguns gondola (using the room key/card). The gondola is around a five-minute walk from the hotel. The pool is very nice (what looks like a jacuzzi near the pool doesn't have hot water...). Some downsides: 1. If the window is open, during the day the train can be heard (not very loud). At night it's completely quiet. Probably not an issue in the south-facing rooms 2. There's only under-floor heating in the bathroom, and it's not warm enough 3. There's no underground parking 4. The in-room safe is too small for a laptop

From check-in to suggestions, meals and spa trea**ents, were all of the highest and unpretentious standards of attention and service. Highly appreciated were the room upgrade and friendly sincere greetings from the room service to the front desk, making one feel at home always. The decor is relaxing and à propos in every area.

Wir haben Skiferien gebucht in einer Suite mit Blick zum Berg. Sehr schönes, stilvolles Hotel mit tollen Wellnessbereich. Was speziell aufgefallen war ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter bis auf die Etage. Ein Kompliment an die Direktion. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 2024 eine Woche Skiferien im Cresta Palace gebucht und wie schon in 2023 hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das super freundliche und schnelle Personal im Cresta sorgt für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Essen in der Halbpension ist sehr lecker und die Weinkarte kann sich sehen lassen. Das Zimmer (in unserem Fall eine Suite) ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die SPA lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch der Zugang zum Skilift direkt hinter dem Haus ist echter Luxus. Wir planen auch 2025 unsere Ferien im Cresta Palace!

Wir waren früher des öfteren im Cresta Palace, es war sehr Familiär. Heute bzw. nach dem Pächterwechsel wurden die Preise massiv erhöht und wir dislozierten nach Pontresina., nicht des Geldes wegen. Nun wieder einmal in Celerina, Cresta Palace, kann ich feststellen, dass das Hotel teilweise renoviert wurde. Es war alles grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sehr schön , gute Betten inkl. Matratzen und Kissen/Duvet. Der Service ohne Fehl und Tadel. Was mich aber wirklich stört in dieser Preisklasse ist: das zum Beispiel der frisch gepresste Orangensaft zum Morgenessen + 10.— kostet, Oeuf Bénédict + sagenhafte 19.—. Sorry ich finde dass das nicht geht (meine Meinung). Ansonsten war das Essen inkl. Morgenessen tadellos. Es gibt jedoch Sachen, die in dieser Preislage nicht separat verrechnet werden dürfen. Grundsätzlich kann ich das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

This is the second time we stayed at Cresta Palace and I can only highly recommend this hotel. The newly renovated rooms are excellent, at par with most 5 star hotels in St. Moritz, and the service is exceptional, be it in the restaurant or in the reception. It's walking distance to the Celerina cable car, so no need to move the car or take a shuttle, which is not the case for most of the other hotels.
