Always an excellent stay. Perfect every time. The late check in is helpful. 4 th stay here and its always perfect. I travel alone a lot and feel completely safe here.

What an unexpected surprise. The room rate is really affordable which sometimes leads to a not so good experience - not true in this case. Cozy, quiet, clean and in a cool location. Will visit again.

No, it isn't a beach. Even though there is a light house. It is Lake Mary and West Bank provides a view from every room. Not only is it a special hotel, but it is reasonably priced. From now on, every time I go to Michigan, I will stay here just for the view. It rained all the time we were there and I still enjoyed my stay. There is a restaurant next door.

Great place to stay. In town visiting family and had a great experience at the West Bank Inn. Service was great, room was clean and had a great view of the lake.
