Notre arrivée.à l'hôtel a été marquée par un accueil et un check-in rapides et efficaces, avec un personnel souriant. La chambre en elle-même est assez grande et donne sur la place de la Brèche, la place emblématique de la ville de Niort. La salle de douche est assez petite mais les toilettes sont séparées. La décoration de l'hôtel / de la chambre est assez sommaire et le parti pris de la peinture violette partout est assez triste et contribue à assombrir les volumes, c'est dommage. Never heard before of Niort, I’d looked for a hotel that would be a base for a week while participating in a music festival in Thiré. The Chef of the front desk, Christophe and his team are so welcoming and heartily helping with every wish. Special kudos to the housekeeping staff! No faults. The hotel area is vast and cosy. Many sitting areas inside and outside doors, and nice pool. Sometimes you feel at a spa and not in an urban hotel. The hotel operates a restaurant, BoiZé. Excellent chef, tasty food that being served very esthetically in very reasonable prices. So guys, I’ve enjoyed the wonderful Les Arts Florissants, and a very good experience with the hotel. If you’re in the area, this is the place to stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. However, lack of lighting in the room for work, 1 single towel in the bathroom (although it is indicated that you can contact the reception for others), lack of friendship from the receptionist, The hotel has a very good restaurant, a very good meal for a very good cost.

We stayed here on route to Brittany and the hotel was clean, inviting and the staff were friendly with very efficent service. My only gripe was that there were clearly other guests smoking in their rooms as we could smell cigrette smoke constantly which was rather unpleasant.
