Terrible hotel!!! They didn't change the bed linen for the whole 7 days and only changed the towels when we asked for them. They cleaned 5 rooms with the same cloth without even rinsing it. The shower was broken, the sink, the mirror were not cleaned at all, and the balcony. The corridor stairs were full of sand and ants. Horror, horror!!! Sewage smelled everywhere. Flies were flying in the restaurant like in a garbage dump, plates were greasy every second. There was always something missing in the bar: lemons, ice, glasses. One evening there was no water for 3 hours (until 24:00) and the electricity went out several times. The staff are slow to respond to comments or do not pay attention at all. English is not understood by most of the staff, they had to communicate through a translator on the phone. This hotel deserves 2 stars. I am very disappointed with the hotel and its staff.

Gerçekten çok güzel bı otel tam aile oteli ailenizle yapabileceginiz tatil yeri temizlik konusunda hijjenik konusunda hiç bir sıkıntı yok odaları otelin içi beklediğimizden daha çok temiz. tavsiye ederim iyi tatiller dilerim.......

Eşimle birlikte otele gittim gerçekten harika bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim personelleri hepsi ayrı bir güler yüzlüler bugüne kadar gittiğim en güzel otel diyebilirim hele bir tane Hk ekibinden güneş yokmu çok pozitif bir kızdı onu görünce günümün hepsi pozitif geçiyordu teşekkür ederim herşey için ilginiz ve güler yüzünüz hep böyle kalma dileğiyle ❤️

Самый шикарный отель, очень все понравилось, номера удобные, убирались каждый день. Особенно понравилось то что есть много развлечений и деткам в детском клубе было интересно, лепили рисовали, вечером танцевали, и развлечения для взрослых тоже нашлись

Отель не плохой но не на 5 звезд. Еда и алкоголь вкусные, море близко, уборка оставляет желать лучшего( убирать начали только последние пару дней перед нашим отъездом)Шоу по вечерам хорошие. Аниматоры суперские, мегаоткрытые и общительные, особенно хочу отметить Азамата, он прекрасный человек и замечательный аниматор. Даже такого интроверта, как я он смог разшевелить, чтобы начать танцевать и участвовать во всяких активностях. Мы играли в волейбол, стреляли по мешени, играли в тенис, в дартс. В общем Азамату кидаю огромный респект

Her şey çok iyiydi, çok memnun kaldık. Oğlum mini kulüpte çok güzel vakit geçirdi. Akşamki gösteriler ve genel anlamda etkinlikler güzeldi, eğlenceliydi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Odamız temizdi. Denize sıfır olmasını çok sevdik. Ailece güzel vakit geçirdik. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkürler.

The best expirience . The staff is fabulous. Kids club staff is the best✨💗Saliha is the best kids friend, very helpfull, lovely and kind🫶 Nice garden, lovely guests, clean rooms. Geçen sene Loxia Comfort olarak giden bi arkadaşımızın memnuniyeti ve Loxia Comfort Kemer i kullanan bir müşteri olarak oteli tercih ettik. Aradığımızda loxia dan daha kaliteli olduğunu söylemelerine rağmen tamamen bir hayal kırıklığıyla tatilimize başladık,ilk gece çocukların ve bizim sivrisinek tarafından yenilmedik yerimiz kalmadı.Bu otelin adını sivrisinekli otel koymak daha iyi bence. Yemek kalitesi 3 yıldızlı bir otel bile buradan kalitelidir. Sabah kavhaltısı evde yediklerimiz bile buradan daha fazla insan yiyecek bir şey bulamıyor. En son yemekhanede ızgara bölümünde çalışan Hasan diye biriyle kavga ederek ertesi gün tatili bitirdik. Fiziki mekan olarak çok güzel olan oteli işletme olarak berbat etmişler. Kesinlikle gidip paranız ile rezil olmayın.
