性價比不如以前，如今的設施和衞生條件都需要更新，花灑、枕頭、馬桶之類的都比較老舊了，停車場也是個若有若無的存在，也就服務還比較到位

下水道堵塞，洗手池堵塞，洗漱水都要溢到房間來了，前台服務極差。電梯壞了，要客人自己扛行李上樓，服務人員説她們家從來不檢查房間設備是否完好，也從來不給客人提行李上樓。
