Very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor nuisance was no breakfast, seeing as I’m travelling on a budget and this hotel was already outside of my budget; so to advertise breakfast and then not offer it is not acceptable.

Room itself and the staff were excellent. But the lack of communication was a major issue

This property was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The lovely Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and warm and gave me the tour of the room and also recommended some restaurants and tourist routes for me to take. The location is just west of the Macedonian Square, so that made seeing all the sights very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, and the air-con was strong and made the heat of Skopje infinitely more bearable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall the service and the room were both excellent and I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Skopke!

The hotel is in a quiet street, but still very central. All the sights are within easy walking distance. Or it's about 20 minutes to the central bus station. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Everything you needed was there. The host Goran is very hospitable and organized a transfer to the airport for us. Thank you very much for that! We'd be happy to come back anytime!

The advance information did not indicate that there was a hotel without a front desk! That's rude! I waited for other guests to come out and was given the PIN code! This time I didn't know the room so I called the displayed phone number and was told that I would receive a reply by email later, but there was no reply! I called again and called back 10 minutes later, and finally I was able to enter the room! I wasted more than an hour!

Location is good, entrance is bad...

We booked 9 rooms with included breakfast for our guests. The hotel doesn't have the amenities to do the breakfast in house, so it's handled in a nearby restaurant. The guests arrived, and the night before the breakfast, we were told that they had a limit for ordering to 5 eur, but we paid 10 eur for the breakfast. The owner was not informed about the agreed price, and then proceeded to tell me that the limit still applies, but till 10 eur. If that was the case, I would have organized the breakfast myself for the guests. It turns out that he just wants to make a profit on the breakfast too. There was no one at the reception, only during check in for which the time was communicated before. Sometimes the check in was handled by the cleaning staff too. Because of this, the guests had no one to ask for breakfast directions, or even toiletries. Sometimes, there were told misleading info, like that they did not have breakfast included with the stay. At one time, I was instructed by the owner to tell my guests to go into the supply cabinet to take what they need for their room! The breakfast venue changed for Sunday (because the regular breakfast place was closed), and different restaurant was selected with only one breakfast option. This was not communicated before. I called the restaurant, and was told that the owner requested only one option, if it was up to the restaurant, they were prepared to offer the whole menu. There was a smell on the whole second floor, and one of the guests complained that it was particularly strong in his room, and that the shower drainage did not work properly, and the owner negated that they had a problem. All in all, the owner is really unprofessional, dishonest, they change the terms after agreement and payment, and are not willing to do anything about it afterwards.

Relativelly new hotel in a residential or bussiness block, parking behind the ramp in front of the hotel, walking distance to the center and pazar. Spatious room, fridge, aircon, kettle. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom. No complaints otherwise.

Spent there only one night on a longee travel. Although by a main road it was quite calm during the night. Big room, fridge, huge bathroom. Breakfast served, very rich, the "healthy breakfast" is just one of the choices ;) parking not far and seems very safe (met two policemen circulating there). No airconditioning, although it was the coolest night on our journey so we did not miss it really. Waited ages for the breakfast although the restaurant was almost empty. Would't be so important, but we wanted to start a long driving as early as possible... or maybe my wife was in a bad mood as she'd got bitten, probably by bedbugs during the night.

Positive points: - Central hotel, behind the very city center. - Free parking. Negative points: - Bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There were soap rests and water in the shower. Bathroom quite old and not up to standards. - Breakfast could have been included in the price.

Actually it is not a hotel but sort of apt rooms being run like a hotel...great advantage is that the location is in the heart of the city.. couldn't be closer....stayed in sept 2022 Rooms are good...supplies were good but no breakfast ..they give you sort of a coupon n u buy within the amount ...in a small coffe shop opposite the place..it is a health type of breakfast...we were a group of 17pax and unable to cope when u have a time schedule.. it is best they sell rooms with no breakfast...

the “hotel” is located on a 2f & 6f in a rather run-down building & the front door is no lock or passcode so anyone can come in to building: i do not recommend this hotel to female or single traveller

3+ star. Room for improvement. I was going to do 3 but felt it harsh. Let me explain. As per other reviews the hotel is often unmanned. Just as well there was WiFi as we were able to correct 2 issues by phone.(check in and power cut) We had booked a twin and got given a double. Given the lack of staff it seemed not worthwhile trying to sort this as well, but this may have made others uncomfortable. We were given no instructions for breakfast, luckily the lady in the morning was able to help and give breakfast coupons (lady was the cleaner?) So all of the above issues could have been solved by reception staff present or better communication. It's saved by being in an amazing location! Very central. And the breakfast (served at a store across the road) was good. (Although not well explained, you choose items from a menu in a healthy food cafe. Omelette or smoothie) We met Goran at the end. Seemed a really nice friendly guy. I think we would have had better experience had he been present. So rated generous 4/5 . But better communication could make it more positive. (I would stay again, as still provided good value)

Strategic position besides the main Skopje plaza but very quite street, nice and well furnished rooms, perfect wifi, and Goran's help has been precious tò help us in visiting Skopje and the sorroundings, thank you man! We appreciated so much!
