Great location, service, cleanliness. The room could be cosy if there was a window there, never slept in a room without a window, and never will again, there should be info about that "detail" on your booking site.

The design of the washbasin is not very good, half of the water from the faucet splashes outside, and the most uncomfortable thing is that I found hair on the quilt (it feels like the bed sheets have not been changed)

It's a shame that there was no refrigerator in the room this time. If it was broken, that can't be helped, but I guess there was no alternative... Also, the staff were very kind.
You can enter from the restaurant entrance on the Ljubljana River side.

The hotel is very new and the service is very good. We didn’t know there would be breakfast when we booked and we had to leave early tomorrow to go to the attractions, so the staff provided us with a packed lunch. The equipment is Nuxe, except that the room feels small (in the center of the old city), there is nothing wrong with it.

The hotel has parking spaces, but there are only three spots, so make reservations in advance. We parked in a nearby paid parking lot and paid 24 euros. Breakfast is made to order and tastes good. The environment here is great and it's a good place to relax.

Construction was going on next to it. It is much easier to locate based on its “The Restaurant” signage than it is to locate via it’s smaller “The Hotel” sign. I had to rely on the kindness of the shop owners surrounding this hotel to locate it ultimately, which was frustrating on checkin. The rooms and restaurants are top notch and very clean. The breakfast is menu ordered and wonderful. The wifi is great and the location is perfect for shops, dining, and historical sites. The canal is steps away from the front entrance. Overall pretty happy with my stay.

This little hotel in Ljubljana city centre is an amazig place with excellent rooms and very helpful stuff. Breakfast is a la carte so you can order anything you like.The hotel is also near the bus station.You can also.come easily by bus or on foot to the train station. I would like to.come again to this hotel and it deserves 4 stars

We visit here for 4 nights and booked a twin deluxe room. I'm not sure what deluxe was as it was a very small room with an over priced mini bar! We found a lot of the staff unfriendly, particularly at reception. We ate in the restaurant and the food there was very good but unfortunately we opted to add it to our final bill instead of paying at the restaurant. As a consequence reception couldn't split our bill and €,15 approx seemed to have mysteriously been added to the bill !! I did inform , by e mail, them that it was my birthday on the day we arrived but there was absolutely no acknowledgement of that from the hotel!. On a positive note the hotel is in a great location near Old Town and is clean and modern. The breakfasts were delicious.
