We got to the hotel about 9:45 and the desk manager took about 20 minutes to come out from the back. We rang the bell several times, and called the hotel several times before she came out and got us our room keys.
The lady at the desk the next morning was friendly and pleasant.
The room was reasonably clean.
There was a large hole in the decorative bedspread.

The hotel was very dated. Beds were uncomfortable. It had a smell in the hallway and room.

Upon booking we were told we could have early check in we did not, you advertised 2 queen beds , they only have full size, free breakfast, is actually free. Cup of nasty coffee, advertised restaurant onsite it was actually behind the hotel you had to drive to it, our shower head was coming out of the wall. Our knob to turn the shower wouldn't turn, we asked for maintenance he was supposedly out for 2 weeks so we went to the car and used vice grips to actually get the water to come on, the TV didn't work at all they waited til the next evening after 3 before they fixed it. Finally brought us a new one. There are no elevators and renovations are going on so they start banging and using loud machinery at 6 am in the mornings..even on Easter morning ... It's a dump and wouldn't recommend it for anyone. Maybe half a star from us.
