My room was dirty. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and a q tip. Bed sheets were not completely clean and neither was the floor, or anything, really. However, workers were friendly and helpful when I had questions. It was a bit sketchy, as well. There were police there one night.

I booked a room with a queen and pull out sofa and was given a room with 2 full beds that were crammed into this awkwardly shaped room. There was no room to walk around. Also there was no coffee pot in the room -very disappointed overall. Would not recommend

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot. TV didn’t work and I smelled ***** all night. The shower was full of hair It didn’t feel safe. I travel alone all the time and this is the first time I’ve ever felt unsafe. I was booked two nights but left after one. I never slept. Only thing good was the two front desk people who tried to help get the TV going but couldn’t. This place is being used by locals as low cost housing and it’s really rough.

Aside from 1 German Cockroach I came across on Sat AM, I was happy with my stay. It is obvious that this ESA works hard to keep everything clean.

The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. Property is conveniently located, safe, quiet.
Room were disappointing. Kitchen cabinets, appliances, etc. are outdated needs to be updated.
