Knights Inn Centerville

I needed a hotel for one night before checking into a weekly rental. I opted for this hotel and would warn others to avoid it. I stay in hotels a lot and don’t consider myself terribly picky which should tell you it had to be pretty poor. The door and frame entering into the room were covered with bugs. Upon opening the door a musty smell and a general sense of uncleanliness greeted you. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and a used washcloth sat on the edge of the tub. The “amenities “ had been used and left. In general this is a place to avoid on an island of many other options.

Booked a 3 night stay from their website. I left 1 hour after checking in. I travel with my dogs all over the country and this has to be the absolute filthiest place I have ever seen. Hair, bugs, and skin in the sheets, under the mattress, and pillows. Cockroach in the corner in the bathroom. Smashed bugs on the walls and the bathroom was an absolute biohazard. I was refused a room change or refund and told "what do you expect when you travel with dogs". Don't believe the owners responses to other reviews. Cleanliness is NOT a priority for them Please google this establishment prior to booking. They have been closed multiple times by the town. They need to be shut down again before someone gets sick staying here.

I booked a one night stay through priceline and was given a room in inhabitable condition to include someone else's hair distributed on the pillows and bed , a rug with stains and fluids all throughout the room and hair and dirt covering the entire bathtub. Once I brought this to the owners attention he simply apologized that that was that. I expect a refund for obviously a room that I could not enjoy or shower in.

Great location, right off the highway. It's also close to Hyannis, a great town with lots of activity going on. Staff was friendly and informational. We used this as a stopover before camping out in Cape Cod for the weekend. The location is super convenient, and just what you would want for the price point.

After not realizing that my 1st booking went through, I had to pay for 2 rooms, but only used 1. The Manager would not let me cancel one reservation, because it was within 24 hours, even though it was boked 2 hours before.

Inexpensive, nice place to stay. The room has all the expected amenities: cable with HBO, WIFI, refrigerator, and microwave. Conveniently located off Route 6A, and a short drive to Falmouth Road (Route 28).
