towards the end of May we went to this structure and we had booked a triple, since we would be back in June, when we left the hotel, we booked a triple for Saturday 11 June, the lady at the reception reassured us by telling us that she was available, we phoned on June 9th confirming that we would arrive on June 11th and if everything is ok for the triple, once again we have been told everything is ok we are waiting for you, well when we arrived it was not the booked room but a double, no air conditioning but fan, patience, it can happen, but we do not forgive the fact that they changed our room without saying it, plus at the time of paying they wanted the cost of the triple 145 euros, all this I think is not serious and we will not set foot in this hotel again

Hope to never go back. With an absurd heat the air conditioning does not work, they ask to sleep with the windows open, needless to say, the fight continues with the many mosquitoes existing in the area. There is a fridge in the room, unfortunately empty… A disappoin**ent.

Average hotel and a little dated. The shocking thing is to charge €10/each for a breakfast to send us to the pastry shop which is 200 m away to ONLY enjoy a cappuccino and a sweet, fine piece. The official excuse: for the COVID situation. False and shocking, given that I travel often for work and pleasure and regularly have breakfast in the facilities. The pastry shop/bar has issued a leaflet with the (scarce) possibilities of choice. At first I thought about blaming the pastry shop, but having received the leaflet of possible choices in the hotel, I must admit that I changed my mind and blamed the hotel: the pastry shop could have made its own financial offer of agreement for that list, offer perhaps lower than the €10 requested by the hotel from customers. I leave the final deductions to you readers. I only know that my breakfast HAD to be just a cappuccino and a sweet, fine piece. We paid for everything else at the pastry shop as extras. Honestly scandalous and I feel obliged to point it out to you. 3 night stay for the weekend of April 23, 2022. Book without breakfast until the property sends you to the pastry shop (which has very good things). You will save €10 spent needlessly.

The hotel was dirty and full of old and disorganized dust. The gargoyle is the mixer blocked by limescale we could not wash ourselves because we could not regulate the temperature in the little water that came out. The breakfast at 300 meters in a bar with a voucher in hand without having received an explanation of the service that we could have. We exposed our inconveniences on the first day and the girl replied I'm sorry without giving us a solution. The next day the owner gave us her explanations and then told us next time you come I'll give you a nice discount! Absurd my daughter has an allergy she had an allergic reaction to the dust.

Really friendly and familiar environment, very kind and nice staff like Nelson and Rosanna. Also Andrea, the manager, a smart guy and very helpful. clean, comfortable and in point comfortable enough to move ... I'll be back for a lot more .. Congratulations
