Currently, I'm a pregnant woman. the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor. The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give. the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing. when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast. the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?

Nice heritage hotel immediately fronting the Bogor Kebun Raya though the main gate entrance about 20 minutes walking. Enjoyed the walk from hotel to and within Kebun Raya Bogor.It is walking distance to the train station. Few eateries nearby. The hotel itself is value for money. Breakfast is good with many variety local food. Love the nutmeg drinks and Bogor coffee. Room is clean and the staff are helpful.

The hotel is old, creepy. Room was smelly, bathroom was clogging, carpet was dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. The only good thing is the strategic location.

The location is strategic, the receptionist is ok, the rooms are ok, the fast food is delicious, the prices are competitive, bring the family and there is a swimming pool for children and kids club, there is also a gym... thanks to Salak & the Heritage Hotel

The location of the hotel is close to the main square, there is also a minimarket behind the hotel. The hotel is quite comfortable, it's just that the lift can only be accessed up to the 5th floor so those on the 6th floor have to climb the stairs. And the lobby on each floor is hot, there are also telephones that don't work

The room doesn't match the picture at all, it's really all rotten and it's not worth the price. It's worth half the price. From entering the door is no longer sturdy and the latch can easily come loose just by pushing it from the outside. Then for old floors, like bathroom floors, they are not really suitable for hotel room floors. Then the windows are also scary, the latch is really wobbly, this is really easy if someone wants to come in from outside because the latch will come loose. Then the sink was dirty, the bathroom shower faucet was broken and couldn't be turned off, you had to call a technician before it could be turned off. And one more thing to add to this dissatisfaction, the service is really bad. When the technician entered the bathroom wearing shoes (they were dirty too) they left behind dirt mixed with the muddy water that couldn't be turned off, so it became a dirty brown mess. He even stepped on the mat so it was dirty. Confused, I've worked in all areas with various price ranges for years, but this is the first time I've found a hotel like this. Even though the standard price is 587, it's not expensive, don't expect to get anything fancy, but at least it's decent, which is why other hotels with that price get decent facilities and not crap. If you still want to maintain that price, you should renovate it. If you don't renovate it, it's not worth that price, maybe half the price. It's really not worth it, people who have had one fix won't come back again. Because there are lots of other hotels with similar prices that are much more worth staying in and good.
