First time to India. This was a standard quality per my other travelers in my group. The room was not very clean by American standards but the staff were extremely friendly. The over***ager was INCREDIBLE. The chai was great. The AC worked great. Great location in Karol Bagh. Secure rooms. Value was good.

Overall, Sky Rich was a great place to stay. The location was great as it was in the heart of Karol Bagh market and a short walk from the Karol Bagh metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My group had a lot of enjoyable times of sitting in the lobby chatting with the ***agers. The food was very good too and room service was fairly prompt. The only mark down was the bathrooms. The drains were not efficiently placed and the bathroom flooded each time a shower was taken..this is pretty typical of mid-range Indian hotels though. I would stay here again if I was heading towards Karol Bagh

Stayed for 4-5 nights. Very nice location for shopping lovers. It's in the middle of karol bagh shopping road. Very accessible for uber/autos. Metro is near. Staff seem rude at first but they are super friendly if you approach them correctly. I don't remember the names but the two guys at the reception are very friendly, even the watch***. No restaurant but you get quite delicious food in your room. The locality is safe for night market shopping in groups. Bikaner/haldiram is near. Rooms are ok and clean.

Don’t waste your hard earned money I repeat don’t waste your hard earned money. One of the worst hotel in the world complete waste of money. Dirty rooms rude staff they will react like they are giving you rooms for free. I stayed there one night and I felt like I put my money in dustbin

I had been to this hotel around 2 years back while this was all good at services, cleanliness and offerings. Again this time I stayed there for a night. But this time it is much below my expectations. Though the location is is fantastic, this time I am not all satisfied with kind of service, cleanliness, offerings and punctuality. Even minimum requirement of a bottle of drinking water was not available in the room. I bought one. Sorry.
