No ventilation in rooms, no hot water from the taps but they bring buckets of water on request, unclean bedsheets and bad ***agement. The service at the hotel is so bad that I had to leave it mid way in the evening. I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.

good but our stay was only at evening and at night we slept , nearer to main market and variety of food is available near by ,location is also nearer to new Delhi railway station . You can rest here and conveyance means are available for any where in Delhi .

Highly recommend this hotel for its courteous staff , prompt service , clean rooms and perfect business approach. Been coming here since long and never been disappointed. Food is also tasty. And it is located just opposite Old Delhi railway station. Full marks

We stayed for a night and had a very good experience of this hotel opp new delhi rly station. The staff is so co operative and humble . The room so spacious and neat. Bedsheets also so tidy and clean. We couldnt have asked for more . We would highly recommend it to all of you
