We booked here on a visit to India, we were arriving In the early hours of the morning so paid an extra night for the day before to make sure we had a room on arrival in the middle of the night. Shock and horror met us. We arrived at approx 3:30 am with the front doors locked so we knocked on the front door to find about 6 locals or staff asleep in the reception area. After arousing them we checked in and said we will show you to your room soon. Well we were very tired and just wanted to go to bed, well we waited and waited and 30 minutes had passed and still no room so I went and complained on the wait. Not long now sir he said. Well 40 minutes later we were shown to our room which still had a wet floor and smelled like dirty men!! A strong smell of air freshener was uses to try and hide the smell. We were too tired to argue and hit the sack with our clothes on as the room was the pits and not even a window. On our way to the room we passes two balcony areas which had 6 or 7 locals all sleeping on the floor on mattress in each area, that's about about 19 people sleeping on the floor if you have lost count. waking up a couple of hours later and a fresh head we had realised that locals or staff were actually sleeping in our room and had to be woke up so the room could be cleaned and that's why we had to wait. We walked down for breakfast to find out no dining area and you had to eat in your room. Well we only had one chair and a very dirty table so we chose to eat in the reception which was not ideal. The room was dirty, dark, unfit for guests, no TV working, no air con working So give this a miss as you will regret it otherwise.
